Located in the tourist and residential urbanization of Soltroia, which is flanked by the Sado river to the East and the Atlantic Ocean to the West, Villa Niki is the ideal place for those who love nature, sun and outdoor living.
The beach is a short walk away, and with a bit of luck, you might even spot the dolphins that inhabit the calm waters of the area.
This villa provides everything guests need to switch off and enjoy a memorable holiday.

In the large lawn garden there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax and have fun, enjoying the sun and the swimming pools. Two of them! One for the kids, the other for the grown-ups.

The villa, pool and garden was beautiful overall although the kitchen and bathroom were a little tired, especially the oven which we only used once as it overheated on the outside.
Miguel the manager was very prompt and helpful.
Only a short walk to a great beach but a drive to restaurants as most local shops closed down after a lack of visitors to the area during the pandemic; however one very good small supermarket and cafe with lovely staff a short walk away.
