Let yourself be charmed by the 6 Parets, this modern chalet is close to the village centre of Grand Bornand (10min walk) and the ski lifts of Rosay (1.5km). However, you have a ski bus stop 300m from the chalet.Located in a quiet and fully oriented area South this chalet offers you a beautiful panoramic view of the village, the Aravis chain and the Tournette. The 6 Parets is a chalet on three levels. Access is via the top of the chalet. Upstairs below is a beautiful living space, bright and giving access to a large balcony facing southeast. On good weather days it is nice to enjoy it to eat or relax while enjoying the view of the mountains. The Kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped. On this floor you will also find an independent Wc and a shower room. Let's take a little height since a beautiful mezzanine is above the living room. You can access it thanks to a milling ladder, you have an adjoining covered balcony and a very comfortable space for two people (double bed, beautiful ceiling height). At the lower level you will find two double bedrooms with access to a south east facing balcony and a bedroom with a bunk bed. On this floor you will also find an independent Wc, a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.Our rates include linen (sheets, towels, towels, bath mats and beds made on arrival) as well as cleaning (if the rental is left in a clean general condition, garbage and emptied dishwashers and bed sheets).
