Cocoonr is offering this charming loft-style flat for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. It measures 150 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 43 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms (with either a bath or shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A spacious 43 m² living area with a sofa and wood-burning stove, opening onto an open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (180×200 when extended) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room
- A bathroom (with bath), washing machine and tumble dryer
- A 13 m² balcony
- A utility room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs, on the mezzanine:
- A TV area with a sofa
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) and its own shower room (with shower)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a plancha
