You are literally 200 feet from Main Street where you can visit art galleries, find unique wares in the boutiques, dine at delicious restaurants, and enjoy the nightlife.
The 2,500 square foot, 3BR/3 BA home underwent an award-winning renovation. You'll appreciate the huge 20' vaulted ceilings, which allows for plenty of natural light. Cook a feast in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and have a formal dinner in the dining room or a more relaxed meal at the kitchen table. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub on your deck after a day on the slopes!

The Neighborhood:
With this location you're on a quiet block but right in the heart of everything in Old Town! Along with numerous eclectic art galleries and artisan shops, downtown Park City boasts the Egyptian Theater and Park City Museum. Get your shopping on with cool boutiques, ski shops, and other retailers lining the Main Street.
Park City Transit Center is only a few blocks away, allowing you to easily reach other parts of Park City. Visit Deer Valley and Park City Mountain for amazing skiing. See where the gold-medal magic happened at the Utah Olympic Park. Park City is home to fun summer activities too, like white-water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and riding the alpine coaster.
Getting Around:
While there's plenty of garage space, there's no need for a car given the ski in/out access and that it is only a few minute walk to Main Street. Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts.

Please note - the home directly next door is under construction. In winter months, there may potentially be some construction, if there is this will be limited to day time hours. There is currently a separator between the homes to prevent any construction material or debris from coming over to our deck.

This is a beautiful home with true ski-in/ski-out ability on the Town Line Lift at Park City Resort. It is an also a very short drive to Deer Valley (though obviously not ski-in/ski-out for DV). In addition, it is within walking distance of Main Street and its shops and restaurants. Beautiful kitchen, nicely redone home. A great stay for our group of 7.

This was a really neat house and definitely was ski in/out.
Going down to Main Street was super easy, but it is quite a few stairs. We had a baby and couldn’t use a stroller, so something to keep in mind.
We would definitely stay again!

I could not have chosen a better place to stay during my ski trip to park city. Walk to town, ski to lift, relax in the hot tub and very spacious interior. I’d love to stay here again.
