Fantastic location. Only thing I would change is the TV reception is not too good in the main living room and the TV's in the bedrooms have little to no reception. BUT, we spend most of our time at the beach, so not having TV is a very minor issue for us. Hence, the 5 star review!

The automated blinds are amazing, as this place faces the West. Very responsive owner and only on the 2nd floor. Stayed here twice, and will be back!

The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The beach was wonderful! The condo is beautiful but the electronic shades were not working. The afternoon sun coming through the window made the place warm up to 85 degrees. The air conditioner could not keep up with the heat coming through the windows. Sunglasses were needed inside in the afternoon due to the sun being so bright. The person sleeping on the pullout couch had the security lights and the lights on the trees coming through the window at night.
The master bedroom ceiling fan barely worked and motor very noisy. Fortunately the front desk gave us a fan to use
