Casa Azul offers you a completely relax experience for that well deserved break!
Located at Esmeralda Resort, a gated, 24/7 security small beachfront complex. Completely away from the noise and crowds! The complex also offers you one of the biggest swimming pools in Sandy Beach and the best location to witness the amazing Sea of Cortes Sunsets from the comfort of your extensive and spacious balcony.
My condo has been completely remodeled and offers you a very open 2,284 square feet living space. Both bedroom and living room have access to the balcony and also face the beach.
The open air design with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows , and the customized modern and well appointed furniture allows an easy living and entertaining with friends and family. The condo has speakers in every room and balcony so you can enjoy your favorite music in any place you would like.
The living room offers you very comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a 65" smart screen with and apple TV.
The two bedrooms have a King size comfortable bed , each of them have also a 40" smart TV and an Apple TV with access to Netflix and all the features Apple offers. There is also and additional casual sleeping area for 4 additional guests (perfect for children) (Maximum 8)
Dine indoors in the formal dining room at a glass table (seats 6) or at the outdoor balcony table to look at the stars.
The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is fully stocked with all the conveniences.
The condo also offers a 2.5 bathrooms. the master showers and vanity areas are covered with marble.
The outdoor balcony offers a relax setting area to enjoy a conversation, read a book, get some sun; or dine. There is a table for 4 people, a seating area for 4, and three lounge chairs.
The condo has a nest controlled temperature system. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and LR, and additional floor fans in each area to keep the condo comfortable even in those hot summer day!
This is a great option for an unforgettable family vacation; a romantic get away, or a friends trip.

We loved our stay! The beds were a little uncomfy but a few drinks in and you wont care. Lol! The outdoor furniture and mini fridges need updated. Great views! Wish the resort had more finished amenities but still great for a wknd.

The condominium itself is nice and comfortable, but in my opinion, the kitchen could be better equipped. The toaster didn’t work, and most of the pans were scratched, making it difficult to cook. The beach in front of the resort is quite rocky, so it’s not the easiest for swimming or walking barefoot.While the location does offer a beach view, it’s also partially obstructed by nearby construction and a desert landscape—so it’s not a full beach view as we expected. The resort is beautiful overall, but compared to other places we’ve stayed in Rocky Point, it’s missing some family-friendly attractions and activities.One thing that surprised us was the detailed checkout checklist. We were asked to wash the dishes, place all used towels in the washer, clean the countertops, take out the trash, close all the blinds, and turn off the A/C before leaving. While we always respect and take care of the properties we stay in, this was the first time we encountered such an extensive list—especially after paying a cleaning fee. It just felt a bit excessive compared to our past experiences with other condos in the area.
