Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved the property. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well kept. The sofa needs to be replaced, and a few other minor issues. But our visit was to enjoy skiing, not just stay in the rental property. Everyone in our group had a great time, and the rental property helped make that happen. Thank you to the property owners for allowing us to stay in your home.

First off we were given the wrong code to enter. When we finally got a hold of somebody they gave us the right code. Upon entry the home was very clean and nice. Unfortunately the The garage door apart didn’t work so we couldn’t park a car in the garage. And underneath the sink Lee the final day we woke up there was a pool of water on the kitchen floor. We had to scrub it on our hands and knees to observe all the water and every time we would use the sink of the dishwasher it would happen. I put a huge damper on the vacation knowing that we had to deal with this leak. to boot The neighbors were extremely loud and belligerently drunk for two of the three days that we stay there. You share a wall and it was quite difficult to sleep. If you stay here something to consider if you were a light sleeper or have a little children.
