The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 2008 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday complex on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunshade, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and lift.

The entrance is im Erdgeschoss, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads over a terrace directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and dinette. Cooking nook with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator, microwave and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.
