This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat resides along New Smyrna Beach's driving section and offers guests 24/7 access to the sun and sand. Paired with a prime location, this condo for six has a tropical-inspired interior that adds to the beachy atmosphere. Plan your NSB vacation here for days of seaside bliss.
The Atlantic Ocean is the first sight to greet you upon walking in. Paired with the outdoor scenery are bright colored walls, wicker accents, and tile flooring throughout. You'll immediately feel yourself going into vacation mode.
The foodies in your group will gravitate first to the kitchen. This space is composed of white appliances, white and teal cabinetry, and penny tile backsplash. Aside from its playful appeal, the kitchen is functional and fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, and more. Meals can either be served at the breakfast bar for two or the dining table for four.
In the interims you're not exploring the serene outdoors, you'll love kicking back in the living room. Two reclining armchairs and a pull-out sofa provide plenty of comfortable seating. Guests can either relax to the ocean view or their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable.
As happy hour approaches, take your cocktails and wine glasses to the condo's oceanfront balcony. The high-top table for two is the perfect spot to enjoy the second-floor view of the complex grounds, pool, and driving beach. This complex boasts of a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. Great location! Very cute and well decorated. Great view and walking distance to restaurants and shops and right on the beach. Only downside was the beds were terrible. Especially the master. It was very hard and uncomfortable. The other bed needs a new mattress aswell on the bottom bunk. It sinks in. Otherwise a great place for a short trip to the beach .

The location of this condo to the beach and Flagler Avenue is perfect. It is easy walking distance to a wide variety of fantastic restaurants and plenty of shops. The beachfront view cannot be beat. The pool was never too crowded to get a lounge chair and my kids really enjoyed playing pool on the first floor when the weather was sub-par.The actual unit was ok. There was a musty smell when we first arrived - we did buy some air fresheners and that helped significantly. The first couple towels we grabbed were also musty but others were fine. Pictures do not show the master bath shower - it is very small and dark. There is a bathtub in the second bathroom, but the point of booking a place with two bathrooms is to not have to share with my kids. Overall the unit is fine, elevated by the great location.We did receive the check-in code ahead of time which was great because we arrived after the front desk was closed. There was confusion with the parking pass - we were told it would be in the condo unit. It was not so I called the number left by the front desk and the person there did not know where it was and had to call me back. They will tow cars quickly so I wasn’t comfortable leaving my car unattended. The pass ended up being in a box at the front desk - all the confusion could’ve been cleared up quickly had we been informed of that from the beginning.

The condo it self was very nice and clean. The problem was the sliders to the balcony wouldn't open. Contacted the host twice they said they would send maintenance. Never did. The third time they told me to put dish soap on it. Very disappointed. Had to go through the bedroom every time you wanted to go out on the balcony. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this rental.
