A105 If you are looking for a condo sure to please the whole family, you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you will have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright, and the price is exactly right!
We call this unit a "ground floor flat". It's conveniently located on the ground floor, the unit is all on one level. This unit is bright and clean. You will feel right at home in this cozy and comfortable unit. The living room has slider doors that flow out to the pool/beach. The master is spacious with a King size bed and overlooks the pool. The spare bedroom has one queen and one twin size beds, both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room for your viewing pleasure after a long day in the sun. There are two full baths that allow for privacy for those staying in the master and a spare bathroom in the hall for guests. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright, and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it is a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! Neither key code nor actual key works - same as last year.
We appreciate the taller toilet in one bath and would like to have same in the other bathroom. We plan to come back to your great condo year after year!

We love New Smyrna Beach and all that it offers. Win Sans is a great location to restaurants and shopping that are walking distance and the drive on beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit we stayed in definitely could use updating, but the overall stay was great.

Thank you for sharing this great condo. Two of the drawers in the main bedroom were stuck. Beds were comfortable. Good kitchen. NSB Realty rep brought new curtains for the living room on our second day. They're not as nice as the ones in the bedroom so you may not be happy with them.

Kitchen was upgraded with granite countertops but bedrooms and bathrooms very outdated.
