Check out this lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath second tier condo at The Knolls Resort Condominiums.
Bedroom 1 features 2 Queen sized beds, Smart TV, deck access, ceiling fan and private 3 piece bathroom. Bedroom 2 features King sized bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan and access to the Guest Bath in the hall. Bedroom 3 is located in the loft and features a King bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, Smart TV and private 3 piece bathroom.
There is plenty of dining with the 6 top table and breakfast bar. The Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of items and room to cook for your group.
The Living Room has a reclining couch and loveseat, large cable TV, ceiling fan, deck access and fireplace.
Step outside to enjoy the view off of the deck. There is plenty of outside seating and an electric grill. Bring your boat as The Knolls has slips to rent, trailer parking and boat launching on site. Complex amenities also include indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, charcoal grilling area, fire pit, playground, fitness room and swimming platform.

The condo itself is in a great location and is very well equipped. The outside of the buildings are a bit dated, but maintained. We really enjoyed the pool and the other guests.
Eli and the team were very accommodating as we had some last minute family challenges. We can’t thank them enough for trying to help us out.
One thing to note, we brought our 25’ boat and the ramp was a bit questionable as it seemed a little short. We actually pulled it out at another ramp. The docks were in great shape. In the future if we stay there we may launch and trailer at another ramp.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the beautiful Knolls resort. Though the sauna and steam room are still close, the indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi were great. The condo was wonderful and accommodating though could use some new deck chairs. We had an issue with the AC our last night there but Russell responded right away when I called after hours. Overall, a relaxing stay at an inviting condo at the best resort in Osage Beach.
