New to the program! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is located near the indoor and outdoor pools on the second tier overlooking the cove. This unit has a spacious master bedroom complete with a king bed, recliner, a private bathroom and deck access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and has access to the adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom (also a master suite) features 2 full beds and a private bath and is located just off the kitchen hallway.
Upgrades include hardwood floors, granite and custom tile.
There is seating for 6 guests at the dining table and room for another 2 at the breakfast bar. You will find flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living area where you can relax in a recliner or on the reclining couch. The living room also has a dvd player and this property features wifi to help keep you connected. The covered deck has seating for 4 guests and features a gas grill.
The complex features an indoor and outdoor pool (with hot tub and sauna), a clubhouse, a game room, tennis courts (one indoors), a basketball court and a playground for the kids. We always like the Knolls. The condo was quite nice, but the full sized beds were fairly uncomfortable.
