INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
For guests who do not already have a credit card on file with us, we will process a nominal, non-refundable $1.00 charge (plus a 3.5% processing fee) to securely hold a card on file for incidentals. This simply allows us to quickly issue replacements for any lost or damaged bands so you can get right back to enjoying your vacation!

All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).

Great place, everything was good. The only thing was the floors needed to be mopped. Good they had a mop. We mopped it couple times. Everything else was great, sheets were clean, towels were clean. We would book it again.

The property itself was acceptable but not outstanding given the price. Was not the same unit as advertised on Vrbo.
We were rushed for time which was the only reason we were using Vrbo....which adds significant $$$ to vacation costs while providing little value.
