The room and location where wonderful! Loved the pool and ocean front location and view. The staff members were unforgettable and always called us by name and said hi!!!
Wish there were more food options at the resort on site at our tower.

It is a great location for walking to the Pier Park and many other restaurants nearby. It has a beautiful ocean view. The store down stairs stays open 24/7 so if you need something in the middle of the night they are there for your help. The staff is very very nice and helpful.
There was a horrible smell right by the tiki hut. Not sure what it was but you smelled it all the time when walking by the hut. The elevators was also a problem but this is not the first time staying some where and the elevators always took forever. Sometimes you had to wait almost 30 minutes for the elevators. Also the hallways are small with no room for passing. If someone was coming with a cart the other people would have to wait causing major traffic jams.

there was no breakfast, overall it was a nice facility. nice beach and pool are
bed very uncomfortable, my daughters would not sleep in bunk beds because afraid they'd fall apart, sofa bed not usable. the additional parking fee pissed me off
