The condo is way nicer than pictures. New and nice decor, very clean. My only complaint is it is on the corner of busy loud street so we had to keep windows closed to hear TV or sleep instead of enjoying the ocean breeze. Very close to the bay and ocean though. If you have a SUV or large truck it will not fit in the garage.

We loved our time in Mission Beach - this house really had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great comfy beds, nice to have the trundle bed downstairs (with a half bath down there too). We had one little issue come up but communication with the property management was top notch and it was taken care of promptly.
The ONLY downside we had was the garage - they aren't kidding when they say compact cars recommended! The garage would have fit our car fine (a Subaru Ascent) BUT the problem was the street and the entrance to the garage are both narrow, so there's not enough clearance to maneuver into the garage. We found street parking which was a nuisance but honestly, the place was in such a great location and such a great home, we didn't mind that much. A little inconvenient for a great, well-located place.

Gorgeous property. Clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. Everything worked and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Garage is narrow, but fits two compact cars easily. Beds were comfortable and the beach was easily accessible, just one block up!
I was able to bake a German Chocolate cake - stove was perfect. I especially liked the griddle top on the stove for pancakes. Great water pressure and hot water for showers. I would definitely stay here again. If you have a hard time with stairs, know the main floor is the second floor. Also, this unit is on a busy street, but I have to say, noise was never an issue! We just had a lovely stay.
Host was attentive and communicated regularly just to check on us. Highly recommend this wonderful beach property!
