Finca los Jablitos is a private rural finca located near the ocean and beach in Punta Larga, in the municipality of Fuencaliente, in the southern part of the island. Here you’ll find sunshine almost year-round and a mild climate, which is why there are many organically farmed banana plantations surrounding the finca.
Finca Los Jablitos is a relaxing vacation home for up to 2–4 people.
The house has two floors, both of which are identically furnished—if you’re traveling as a couple, you’ll choose one floor upon arrival; the other will be locked and, of course, not rented out separately.
If you’d like to use the entire house as a couple, please select “3 people” when booking.



Children up to 10 years old stay free of charge if they sleep on the sofa bed downstairs; if they use the upstairs bedroom, an additional fee applies—please indicate this in your booking if necessary.



Finca los Jablitos:

Finca los Jablitos charms guests with its authentic Canarian, partly rustic charm.
A favorite spot among guests is undoubtedly the 20-square-meter covered terrace right in front of the house, featuring cozy seating and a grill. There’s a vegetable garden here where guests are welcome to help themselves to their heart’s content. Free-range eggs and papayas you can pick yourself (depending on the season) are just a few of the amenities that await guests here. Another favorite spot is the small oasis of tranquility right above the ocean, which the owners have created for their guests amidst the lava rock. It features a unique outdoor shower, two sun loungers, and a raffia umbrella. An ideal place to gaze out at the ocean, read a book, or simply let your mind wander.



The 88 square meters of living space are divided between two nearly identical floors. On the lower floor is the living/dining area, decorated in pastel colors and lovingly furnished, with a small built-in kitchen. Small wooden windows cast beautiful patterns of light into the room. The bedroom features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.



From the outside, a staircase leads to the upper part of the house. This is convenient if, for example, you’re staying with a couple of friends or with your older children. The upper floor offers a view over the banana trees to the Atlantic Ocean. It also features a combined living/dining area and a built-in kitchen, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. A large, round window and a large window wall facing the ocean give the living area a special charm.
