MARINA LOCATION: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, wifi and air con, private pool and a few steps from marina.
The location of this totally refurbished 3 bedroom duplex ground floor apartment could not be better. It is in the marina of Vilamoura at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. With all amenities within 5 minutes walk, there is a large casino, numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. On entering the apartment there are a few steps down to the spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area which then has patio doors out to the private patio and private plunge pool.
The 3 bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have an adjoined terrace that overlooks the side of the Marina and the patio area. The apartment is ideal for families and couples alike, a perfect retreat and yet only a few steps from the hustle and bustle of the cosmopolitan Marina with it's luxury yachts and chic boutiques.

Outside area - The glass window between the property and the public footpath may have been mirrored glass originally, however no longer is resulting in no privacy to the from people walking a long the footpath

The property provides modest accommodation for a family of 5/6 with unprecedented access to a multitude of family friendly restaurants & Bars lining the beautiful marina of Vilamoura.Two stunning beaches are within a five or ten minute walk with local amenities making for a comfortable and hassle free stay.I can’t stress enough how lovely and professional the staff are making the whole experience one to remember.

The property was clean and tidy. The pool was great (not heated), a quite deep for the children but nonetheless still had fun. Property had plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, cooking utensils etc, a washing machine and dishwasher, which was all useful during our stay.
Just to note, clever details does give you the option to purchase a kitchen kit which contains washing up liquid, bin bags, dish wash tablets etc which was very useful.
Location is excellent, a few steps down and you're on the marina which has a range of restaurants and bars to go to.
We did go towards the end of season so was a bit quite but still had an atmosphere.

This villa has superb location for every activities, marina, bars, restaurants, beach, golf you name it. Also there was still easy to relax in private pool or terrace… Villa includes everything what you need in a compact package.
