With two floors and four bedrooms, this spacious villa offers all the necessary comfort for a memorable stay. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a convenient bathroom. This floor is suitable for guests with reduced mobility as there are no stairs.
Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, one of which is an elegant suite with a private bathroom, providing extra privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom is available for the other rooms on this floor.

Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, ironing board, and iron.
Bedroom 1: with double bed, wardrobe, and equipped with air conditioning.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin.
Private garden with access to the common pool area.
1ST FLOOR
Bedroom 2 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and equipped with air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 with double bed, built-in wardrobe, and equipped with air conditioning.

Very good property - it’s modern and simple which makes it easy to manage keeping it clean. The shared pool is huge and there is plenty of sun loungers etc
You can walk into marina in 15 mins - only downside would be there is no hoover just a vacuum
