The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances (including double-oven, air fryer with dual baskets and beverage fridge). The dining area and living room are on the lakeside of the home and have great water views. Living room has large flatscreen TV and comfy furniture! The master suite is located on the main level and offers a king bed, TV, plus full bathroom with shower. There's also a guest bedroom with queen bed and a shared full bathroom with shower.
The lower level has a nice family room with reclining sofa, and direct access to the lakeside patio. There is a bedroom & flex room (1 w/queen bed and the other with a full bed), plus a full bathroom with shower on the lower level. Game console with 60+ electronic games and extra fridge.
Full length, covered lakeside deck with outdoor furniture. Paved driveway, plus ramp leading to deck. Entry door from ramp is 36" wide.
Gentle, short walk to private dock with ample space to tie-up a boat, covered boat slip (no hoist), floating dock and jet ski port! Kayaks (1 adult, 1 youth), canoe and paddleboard also available for use!

Really enjoyed our stay at Bob's Cove at SML!!!! The house and dock were great. Everything we could need and more were thought of. We highly recommend.

Overall the house, property, amenities and location are amazing! Having to go to an office to pick up keys is outdated and inconvenient. Number locks are the best. It would have been nice if the outdoor furniture had been wiped off from all the pollen. The linen company showed up to gather the linens an hour before our checkout, which was not appreciated. Just kindly suggestions for the amount of costs and fees charged.

Our family stayed at Bob Inn Cove for my Master's Degree ceremony at Liberty University. The house was big and roomy enough for all six of us and we loved the layout. The back porch was very peaceful and we spent many hours playing games and visiting there.

The property was nice, not too steep of a walk to the lake, beautiful views from both inside the house and sitting on the porches. We did not get to take advantage of the lake because is was colder than expected in May and it rained the entire time we were there, but the views made up a little for it. The house layout was wonderful except the steep stairs into the lower level. Highlights were the hot tub and video game machine aside from the lake. We would stay again, if we were ever in the area,.
