About this house rental
This amazing home is a great find! It’s spacious and stylish with all the comforts of home! There is plenty of room for everyone and storage in the garage for sporting equipment. The kids have a fun bunk bedroom with a TV and some toys! There is a pool table for hanging out and having fun.
There are two beautifully finished bathrooms downstairs and two additional guest rooms. Upstairs is a great open kitchen, living room and dining area. There is a deck for grilling and to enjoy the views! The hot tub is off the front door entrance. Our Home has it all for everyone in the family to enjoy.
**Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge: **
4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.
**COLORADO TRACTION LAW**: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.

We LOVED this property!! Our group of ten stayed in comfort and had plenty of room at the dining table/kitchen island for meals and the pool table and private hot tub were huge hits with the whole family!! Parking appears a little tricky at first, but worked fine for our two vehicles. The views of the mountains from the living room and covered hot tub were spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!!
