Guests will have full, private access to the entire 4-bedroom home, including the private hot tub, upper-level deck, gas fire pit, Pit Boss smoker, in-unit laundry room, and on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the attached garage and 2 in the driveway).

Summer in Breckenridge is packed with cultural events, outdoor concerts, and festivals celebrating beer, wine, and local arts.

Outdoor recreation is steps away in every direction. The nearby Boreas Pass area features world-class hiking and mountain and paved road biking trails with breathtaking vistas of the Tenmile Range. Nearby Lake Dillon offers boating, paddleboarding, and kayaking, while the Breckenridge Golf Club provides 27 holes of championship golf. Visiting the famous Isak Heartstone wooden troll sculpture or taking a scenic chairlift ride provides endless entertainment for all ages.

Getting around during the summer months is convenient and stress-free. Our property is located steps from the Boreas Pass Loop stop on the complimentary Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle line, located at the corner of Overlook Drive and Boreas Pass Road. The bus provides easy, fare-free transit directly to downtown Main Street, summer trailheads, and local transit hubs

For guests traveling with vehicles, our home provides parking for up to 3 cars, including 1 covered garage spaces and 2 driveway spaces. The central location offers smooth access to Highway 9, making day trips to Frisco, Dillon Reservoir, or Keystone simple and quick



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Please note that their will be one garage space filled by a vehicle year round.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.
