Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers 300ft of Private Beach for guests staying at Southbay by the Gulf. The property features 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. We also have shuffle board and community grilling areas throughout the property. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.
This townhome (unit 72) is steps from the beachside pool and approximately 75 yards to the beach from your back patio. This unit has been completely renovated to the highest standards making it one of the premier units on property.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Location was nice with just a short walk to the beach. One of the only complaints was not enough wash cloths.

Everything was really great. Does need some fixup work. Stairwell hand railing was loose. Outside patio light hanging off. Toilet paper dispenser in 1st floor bathroom very loose. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at this unit.
Did not have a need to communicate with Property Mgr so I rated it 5 anyway.

The condo was exactly like it is listed. The neighborhood was so very nice and quiet. The place was so clean and well put together! Right in the middle of everything restaurants attractions etc. Overall this was a great condo! I would definitely book again in the future!
