This modern, light-filled architect-designed home accommodates up to 4 people and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing North Sea vacation.
Location
The beautiful Hannes Huis is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small Frisian village of Neukirchen, with views of the vast marshland—sunset views included.
It’s no wonder that the famous painter Emil Nolde was drawn to a district of Neukirchen—Seebüll, now a museum—and to this magnificent natural landscape with its ever-changing sky colors. Shopping, restaurants, an outdoor pool, a swimming lake, the Dike Museum, a barefoot garden, Gotteskoog Lake, Rickelsbüller Koog, the North Sea—with access to the islands, Halligen, and Denmark—are all located in the immediate vicinity.
Amenities The single-story Hannes Huis offers approximately 135 square meters of living space, a large southwestern-facing terrace (60 square meters), and is situated on a fenced-in garden lot of approximately 1,500 square meters.
The spacious and light-filled living area features a large, comfortable round sofa and a flat-screen TV, a modern dining area, and an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine.
The two bedrooms (one with a box-spring bed (180 x 200) and a separate walk-in closet, the other with two single beds and its own TV) can accommodate up to 4 people.
A highlight is the large wellness bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and sauna (fee: 15 € per sauna session) offering a direct view of expansive fields. To cool off after a sauna session, you can step directly outside through the patio door.
The guest restroom and an utility room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) round out the amenities. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating.
When the weather is nice, the terrace invites you to relax.
We provide plenty of comfortable patio furniture, as well as a large patio table for the whole family. A charcoal grill is available for the perfect barbecue evening.

Children and dogs are very welcome here. The large, fenced-in garden offers plenty of space for both two-legged and four-legged friends to run around and play.
We’re happy to offer you free Wi-Fi. Parking is available right next to the house.
Bed linens and towels (€20 per set) can be booked as an add-on.

Solange wir auch suchen würden, es gibt wirklich nichts an dem Haus, was nicht Perfekt wäre. Bis ins kleinste Detail ist es wirklich wunderschön und super entspannend. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir waren eine Woche im Hannes und es war wundervoll!! Genauso hätten wir unser Eigenheim gebaut und fühlten uns sofort zuhause! Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Ruhe und konnten mit dem Hund direkt vor der Tür los laufen und bis ins nächste Städtchen war es nicht weit!
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!!
Wirklich ein ganz ganz toller und erholsamer Urlaub!!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, top gepflegt und war bei unserer Anreise sehr sauber.
