Located right in the heart of Husum’s most beautiful old town alley is the historic apartment building “Theodor-Storm.” The “Meeresstrand” apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and offers a direct view of the Theodor-Storm House, where the poet 1866 - 1880 once lived.
The Location
This high-quality, fully furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the “Theodor-Storm” apartment building on Husum’s picturesque, cobblestone-paved Wasserreihe, right in the heart of Husum’s Old Town. The nearest restaurants and cafés, as well as the harbor, are only about 40 m away. Husum’s city center and the train station are also within easy walking distance. Please note that the apartment is accessible via a steep staircase.
Amenities
The 45-square-meter vacation apartment has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. Tasteful living room with a flat-screen TV, spacious dining area, and a comfortably furnished open kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, and toaster. The bedroom features a cozy box-spring bed (180x200) and a TV.
Special Features
Pets are welcome in our non-smoking apartment. We’re happy to provide free Wi-Fi. The apartment includes an outdoor terrace for shared use.
You can park your car in a public, free parking lot or in the nearby harbor parking garage (for a fee).
An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already part of the total price.
Additional linens packages can be added through the optional services.
For all tennis enthusiasts, we offer the option to book a nearby tennis facility (clay courts) for a weekly rate of 45 € for two people.

Eine kleine Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wie in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich hochwertig mit sehr guten Töpfen in der Küche, k e i n Ikea-Besteck und sehr hübsches Geschirr. Allerdings raten wir nicht zu diesem Objekt, wenn man sehr groß (über 1,90 m) oder weniger schlank ist. Denn der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr niedrig und die Wohnung ist in Teilbereichen wirklich sehr eng. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen ausreichend großen Kleiderschrank, aber man kann im Zimmer nicht seinen Koffer auspacken, wenn man ihn nicht auf das Bett legen möchte. Achtung an die Vermieter, die Dusche zeigt in den Fugen Schimmelansätze, hier bedarf es einer gründlichen Reinigung. Sonst war die Wohnung einwandfrei sauber. Leider gab es keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern, es blieb alles vollständig anonym. Was wir sehr schade fanden, dass nur drei Geschirrreiniger-Tabs bereit lagen, kein Reinigungsschwamm mit Scheuerseite in der Küche bereit lag, auch nichts für eine Zwischenreinigung des Bades. Auch keine übrig gebliebenen Reste von z.B. Essig und Öl oder Zucker sind vorhanden, da alles mitgenommen werden soll. Das ist sehr schade, da wir mit der Bahn angereist waren und deshalb weder alles kaufen und Reste wieder mit nach Hause nehmen konnten, noch es sich lohnte fehlende Dinge einzukaufen um sie dann gleich wieder zu entsorgen. Das ist nicht nachhaltig. Deshalb unser Appell, bitte denken Sie auch an Bahnfahrer. Richtig toll ist übrigens die Lage des Hauses, zentraler geht es nicht! Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft aber empfehlenswert.

alles in allem einfach super, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in dem Appartement. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details die alles noch gemütlicher gestaltet haben. Die Ausstattung perfekt und selten so eine saubere Unterkunft erlebt. Vielen Dank!!!

Gleich um die Ecke konnte man Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden und trotzdem lag die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben, es wird wohl nicht der letzte Besuch gewesen sein.

Die Heizung hat teilweise nicht richtig funktioniert und die Wasserzufuhr in der Küche war nicht so prall.
Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.
