Welcome to Strandweg-Hus Schobüll—a hidden retreat surrounded by nature that quietly combines tranquility, spaciousness, and luxury.
The quiet and secluded Haus Schobüll is located in the village of Schobüll, centrally situated between Nordstrand and Husum. With approximately 130 square meters of living space, the house offers plenty of room for a relaxing vacation and stands alone on a plot of about 1,000 square meters featuring an idyllic garden with mature landscaping. Your four-legged friends are, of course, also welcome. The garden is fully fenced and provides a safe haven for families and their beloved pets.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept living and dining area that receives plenty of natural light through large windows and patio doors, offering a view of the garden. The stylish furnishings combine modern elements with select antique accents, giving the room a special atmosphere. A tiled stove provides cozy warmth on cooler days. A comfortable couch, a large bookshelf, and a designer flat-screen TV invite you to enjoy quiet moments indoors.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the living area and offers everything needed for self-catering. In addition to a dishwasher, freezer space, and coffee maker, a washing machine is also available here. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a French double bed measuring 140 x 200 centimeters and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are functional and modern in layout. One room features a walk-in shower and bathtub, while the toilet is located in a separate room.
From the living area, you have direct access to the approximately 20-square-meter, paved terrace. It is fully furnished and, with a dining set, a sunbathing area, and a beach chair, offers plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. The well-maintained garden is sheltered from the wind and screened from view, and the mature trees create an almost enchanted, very private atmosphere.
The upper floor is a special highlight of the house. An open-concept room with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling spans the entire floor. Here you’ll find a double bed measuring 180 x 200 centimeters, a single bed 100 centimeters wide, a wardrobe, a sitting area, and a desk. From here, you have direct access to the balcony overlooking the garden—ideal for peaceful mornings or relaxing evenings.
Bedding and towels can be booked as an optional extra.
