About this house rental
Tranquility meets sophistication: If you love something special, you’ve come to the right place. This house, situated on a mound, offers plenty of space for a large family. Surrounded by fields, you’re just a stone’s throw away from the Beltringharder Koog nature reserve, which invites you to take long walks and bike rides.
The Käptns Hus vacation home also has a lot to offer its guests when it comes to sustainable travel, as 100% of the electricity used comes from renewable sources. The heat used for heating and hot water is also 100% renewable, generated by a wood pellet boiler. A wallbox is available right next to the house; it can be used for an additional fee and, of course, also runs on 100% renewable electricity.
Location
Enjoy the sweeping views and nature: right where the hare and the fox say “good night” to each other, you’ll find our exclusive thatched-roof vacation home. No matter which window you look out of, you’ll be greeted by a view of the dike or fields dotted with sheep and horses.
The nearest shopping area is about 3 km away, and it takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Husum. The nearest swimming spot is in Schobüll, about 5 km away.
Amenities
With 150 square meters of living space, the vacation home is very spacious. It has four bedrooms: one is located on the first floor (bed size: 180 x 200) with an adjoining shower room and a high-quality infrared sauna for 2–3 people; the other bedrooms are accessible via a staircase. The children’s bedroom is furnished with two separate single beds (90 × 200), while the other two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (180 x 200).
The stylish shower room on the upper floor with two sinks and a washing machine, another shower room on the first floor, and a guest restroom round out the amenities.
The comfortable kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and filter coffee maker (filter size 4).
The tastefully decorated living room with its dining area also invites you to relax. Even though you wouldn’t need a TV with a view like this, it’s naturally included in the amenities.
The patio is furnished with high-quality patio furniture. The house features a long driveway with parking spaces. You can store your bicycles under the covered shelter.

The vacation home, situated in a unique location, accommodates up to eight people and is suitable for guests with allergies. We’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi via a high-speed fiber-optic connection. You can park your car right next to the house. For guests arriving by electric car, the on-site wallbox (60 cents/kWh) is available.

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.

Super schönes Haus eingebettet in die traumhafte Hattstedtermarsch. Die Kühe und Schafe als Nachbarn und die Gänse ziehen über die Landschaft hinweg. Nachts ein Sternenhimmel ohne Lichtverschmutzung . Wer Trubel sucht, ist hier verkehrt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist: die Klobürste im WC könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Sonst alles tiptop!

Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig. Alles war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Die Ruhe und der Große Garten ist ideal zum Entspannen. Die Bäder sind alle neu und hochwertig. Nur die Grillecke war etwas einsam eingerichtet. Da wäre noch eine Sitzmöglichkeit angebracht. Ansonsten alles TOP. Man ist schnell am Damm und mit dem Fahrrad in 25 Minuten in Husum. Gerne wieder!

Vielen Dank (auch in Namen meiner Kollegen), dass wir bei Ihnen im Käptns Hus während der HusumWind Messe bleiben durften.
Alles war reibungslos vom Team von "Ferien an der Nordsee" im Vorab organisiert (trotz erhöhtem Auffand durch die Corona Pandemie). Die Kommunikation klappte vorbildlich. Uns allen hat die Unterkunft prima gefallen. Vor allem Nachts ist die Alleinlage des Hauses in tiefer Dunkelheit und ländlicher Ruhe klasse. Die Ausstattung ist Tiptop. Es gibt sogar eine Wallbox für E-Autos :-)
