About this villa rental
Tía Catalina (Son Rotger) is a wonderful villa with a large private pool, located in the north of the island 4 kilometers from Alcudia, in a quiet rural area, with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
It is an ideal villa for families and children, just 10 minutes by car from the best beaches in Mallorca, such as Alcudia beach, Platja de Muro or Puerto de Pollensa.
Tía Catalina is a completely private villa with a large garden area, trees and grass, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue area facing the pool. There is a furnished terrace area that surrounds the house with beautiful views of the garden and pool. The 8m x 4m swimming pool with panoramic views is surrounded by the grassy area with sun loungers and umbrellas all around.
Tía Catalina has 3 rooms with air conditioning: 1 double room and 2 rooms with two single beds, as well as 2 complete bathrooms. Towels as well as bed linen are included.
The house offers an independent and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and with access to the outside terrace and the dining room. The living room has a sofa area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi.
This house is a 10-minute drive from the beach, 7 km from Pollensa Golf Club, 6 km from S'Abufera Natural Park, where there are numerous species of birds, and about 35 minutes by car from the international airport of Son Sant Joan in Palma de Mallorca.

We had a wonderful vacation at Finca Tia Catalina. The finca was very clean and functionally furnished upon arrival. Everything we needed was available to us. The pool and grounds invite you to linger.
Only the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning unfortunately, the rest of the finca cannot be cooled down, so it was always very warm. There are also many mosquitoes mosquito nets on the windows would help here.

The booking process for Villa Tia Catalina through VRBO and BeBreeze was very straightforward.
The directions and check-in instructions were very clear and sent to us well in advance of our arrival date.
The villa was great and was exactly as it had been described on the website. It was clean and well maintained.
We didn’t need to contact BeBreeze during our stay as we didn’t have any issues.
We had a great family holiday and very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Tia Catalina.

Property was very clean, address for property given is not correct for sat navs, it takes you 10 mins away, was hard to find but managed in the end via google. Kitchen needs better glasses & sharper knives. Huge mosquito problem, nothing there to help with that. Tried contacting the host several times before via 3 phone numbers provided, email, chat and received no reply ever, this was fuatraiting on the run up to the holiday not knowing if its booked or not. Had to contact through vrbo in the end. Very uncomfortable beds.
