Quintessential cottage in Mount Dora! This private residence lives BIG. Picket fence welcomes you into cozy Hummingbird cottage with light filled rooms & hardwood floors throughout. Comfortable living room has 50 inch LED Smart TV & Den is the perfect place to read or enjoy a glass of wine. Spacious bedroom has queen bed & walk in closet. Bathroom has tub w/shower. Enjoy meals in the dining room, kitchen has new appliances and laundry closet! One car garage & large lot with mature and private landscaping! Long term stays are welcome!

Hummingbird Cottage is home away from home. Maybe better. Totally charming, very clean, very well maintained, and hugely well equipped. We do not feel there is a better buy for the buck. This is our first VRBO and we feel we started at the top. Michele as hostess was always responsive to any questions we had. Kevin as caretaker loves this property as his own. Totally, totally, totally recommend this property!!!!!
