Villa Can Ros is a 6-bedroom villa with a fabulous location just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, with its elegant marina, tapas restaurants and bars, also just a 20-minute walk along the coast, so you will have everything you need nearby. The villa itself has a large private pool and extensive lawn, perfect for families and groups looking for plenty of outdoor space. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in 5 bedrooms and living room are included.You access the villa through an entrance gate that leads to the main door, with parking on the road for your rental carThe living room and dining room are bright and airy with 2 sets of patio doors that open onto the covered terrace and the villa's gardens. There are comfortable sofas, a flat-screen television and an ornamental fireplace, as well as a dining table and chairs.The separate kitchen has an additional dining table with chairs. Traditionally furnished with wooden cabinets and all modern amenities, it will be well-equipped to cook those delicious holiday meals. The kitchen has a full oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, and a kettle.The villa is situated on a single level with 6 bedrooms in total. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors leading to the villa's gardens. One of the double bedrooms is divided into two levels with a step down to a comfortable rest area. Two double bedrooms with single beds share the use of a separate shower room, 1 of which has patio doors leading to the pool area. A few steps from the kitchen, there is a third bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bedroom, both with en-suite showers. The double bedroom also has doors leading to the pool area. The single bedroom has a portable fan to keep cool.It has a lot of outdoor space, great for enjoying those hot summer days. The large private pool is located in spacious gardens, with plenty of space to sunbathe and play in the garden. The brick barbecue is near the pool area. The front garden is also covered with grass with local Mediterranean bushes and trees scattered around, which provide privacy and additional shade. There is a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, ideal for those outdoor meals.Free air conditioning from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 8:00pm to 8:00amImportant information to keep in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
