Your Exclusive Beachfront Escape at Playa El Coco

This beachfront town home in Playa Coco was the perfect spot to spend a weekend with my wife and young children and we can't wait to go back. The agent we booked through was incredibly nice, spoke fluent English, and made the booking process smooth and simple. If we ever needed anything during our stay the agent was easy to contact and delivered personalized customer service. The accommodations themselves are fantastic. Clean, spacious, and a short walk to the pool and one of the most idyllic beaches I've ever seen. The AC worked great and the condo had a modern kitchen, furniture, and WiFi access. The BBQ access made it feel like a home away from home. The beach and pool were not too crowded and there was plenty of space for my young children to explore and play. The sand and water were ideal for young children with tide pools full of tiny sea creatures to keep the children entertained. It's worth coming here just for the sunsets alone. Just 30 minutes from San Juan del Sur, Coco is quiet, safe, clean and perfect for any family with kids looking to enjoy some relaxing time on a beautiful beach.

There are 20 houses just few meters from this really lovely beach, el Coco, really very comfortables homes, modern style, two levels, white nice modern ceramic floors, living room area with coach ant satellite tv, dinner and full kitchen area, with all you need to cook, clothes washing and dry machines. Great AC all the house, you will feel the cold. Modern and nice furniture in house. On the second lever three big rooms, master room with its own bathroom, with sea view, queen bed, second bedroom with two single beds and third bedroom with queen bed again, a second full bathroom. Big enough share swimming pool, right deep for kids, almost empty if you don´t come on peak season, security on the condominium non stop, beautiful and large garden area surrounding you. The beach is beautiful with very few more houses on it, therefore you are almost alone, long area to walk Ocean inside. This place is located 30 minutes by car from San Juan del Sur, half way with cobbled road, half not, but a normal car can go through. Long, quite, nice beach with lovely sunsets, you can swimming quitely. The service of Claudia from vacationsrentalsnicaragua was just excellent, she was attending everything in very professional way. Thanks. Just few things to improve, in some house the signal of the wifi is slow, normal speed at swimming pool area. On the ocean there are stingrays you have to take care with them. They clean the condo only every three days, for the price you pay I suggest daily cleaning. The coachs are no so comfortable because the pads slides. No matter the minor inconveniences I really recommend this place, for family with kids and romantic couples.

Great place and Excellent attention

My friends and I visited the beach homes at El Coco and fell in love with the community. We rented 4 villas and didn't want to go anywhere else. The amenities are fantastic, the beach is beautiful, and the property is kept and maintained very well. We spent a week there with about 25 people, so we can definitely confirm it's the best location to keep a large group close. Hope to return soon!
