About this chalet rental
The house in Alcanada Alcúdia has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.
Located just in front of Alcanada beach, 800 metres from the Golf Club, with unique and exclusive views.
It has garden furniture, 20 m² terrace, barbecue, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning, private swimming pool, garage in the same building, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
IMPORTANT:
All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.35 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
A refundable deposit is charged.
Parties are not allowed.
To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

This Villa ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for. Enough comfortable rooms/beds and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for catering including some extras like oils and herbs etc. The owner left a welcome basket as we arrived very very late. The pool was great, not heated but that wasn’t necessary - it was a decent size and there were a selection of pool toys and inflatable to have fun with. The sea is across the road and rock pooling was fun. We hired kayaks one afternoon and went to the island - definitely recommend. All in all a great week away…..and we will be back! Can’t wait.
