Beautiful 4 bedroom apartment in Puerto Alcudia facing the sea.The Ciutadella apartment is located in the heart of Puerto Alcudia, facing the sea, just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops which makes renting a car totally unnecessary as you can enjoy all of this right outside the home. This apartment can accommodate 8 people. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and is fully equipped.DistributionThe apartment has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and two with two single beds each. All of them have air conditioning.It has two modern design bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.It has a beautiful living room with modern and comfortable furniture, a large sofa to rest at ease, TV and Wifi. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors, and that benefits from a light sea breeze That refreshes the hot summer days. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.30 / KwH to be paid on departure.Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.Note 7. It is not possible to bring bikes or similar vehicles inside the apartment. You can park them outside using one of the security systems.

Overall, a very nice and spacious apartment. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Beautiful view from the terrace to the marina. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Efficiently working air conditioning. I recommend the apartment.

Spectacular vacations. The apartment is incredibly well located and is very comfortable for families with children. It meets all the requirements to have a perfect holiday: 5 minute from the sea and with an unsurpassed view. Separate point is Lenka, the best guide you can find in Mallorca. He welcomed us with delicious Mallorcan welcome pack, she gave us daily itineraries that included beaches and restaurants. It had never happened to me that a person will not fail in any data. They were all perfect, know the city and understand what the one who visits the city needs. I have nothing left to thank infinitely, which is without a doubt the best experience we have had with Mallorca Holiday Properties. Thank you very much Lenka!

Gran apartamento en una ubicación perfecta, a minutos de la playa. Lenka fue brillante y muy amable, la estábamos revisando en el aeropuerto, pero ella estaba allí con una nevera pegajosa, consejos y sugerencias. La comunicación fue muy rápida y fácil. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y algo muy limpio. Perfecta ubicación muy cerca de la playa. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí! Gracias de nuevo, espero volver de nuevo.
