About this villa rental
Iro Royal Villa is exclusively designed to offer our guests privacy, indulgence and relaxation, this 3BDR, 3BA villa comes with numerous amenities for an unforgettable stay.
The residence is surrounded by trees, flower gardens and ample terraces with outdoor furniture; it has a BBQ, pool (50m2), plus open-air Jacuzzi.
This superb, secluded villa is placed on a hillside in west Chania, just 5min drive from the beach, and it boasts breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.
The villa is ideal for families and for romantic retreats.
Following the gated road path along the vineyard, secluded by hillside trees, you will arrive at the villa.
The lux residence (170m2) comprises two levels and it comes with ample terraces and flower gardens, a private pool (50 m2) with children’s section, plus an-open air Jacuzzi.
Create perfect memories; enjoy a glass of wine at the sun loungers by the pool and let the views take your breath away!

Villa Layout:
GROUND FLOOR:
*The main entrance opens into a spacious open plan, air conditioned living/dining area with fine marble floors, fireplace, large dining table and a lounge offering a 42” HD TV with Netflix .
*At the same level you can find a fully-equipped kitchen, offering a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans, quality dishware plus children’s dishware, filter /espresso coffee machine, and more.
The kitchen comes with condiments, local products, plus a selection of award-winning Cretan wines for you to enjoy!
*Bedroom 1: This bedroom offers twin beds (which can be united to accommodate a couple), privately controlled air condition, wardrobe, and has a veranda door opening to the garden/terrace.
*Bathroom 1: This bathroom is next to the bedroom, and it offers a shower, a sink with cabinet and mirror, free toiletries, hair dryer.
FIRST FLOOR:
Following the marble staircase to the first floor, you will find two Master Bedrooms, with en-suite Bathrooms:
*The First Master Bedroom offers queen size bed, air condition, walk-in closet and balcony overlooking the pool, offering panoramic views. There is en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, a sink with cabinet and mirror, free toiletries, hair dryer.
*The Second Master Bedroom offers queen size bed, air condition, two balconies with pool and mountain views. There is en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a sink with cabinet and mirror, free toiletries, hair dryer.
*On the first level, you can also find a cozy, small lounge with a sofa, ideal for reading a book in privacy.
* Along the first level there is a spacious veranda with an outdoor lounge overlooking the pool and the amazing landscape.
AMENITIES and SERVICES:
The residence offers Air Condition throughout, HD TV with Netflix, Blue Ray, wi-fi internet connection, iron/ironing board, safety boxes, top quality mattresses and linen, pool towels, washing machine, smoke detectors, automatic night lightening, etc.
For children: Toys/Beach toys, children’s dishware, etc are available upon request.
For babies: Baby cot, baby chair, stroller, and baby bath are available, upon request.

We have been to many villas but this surpassed them all. Can’t really complain about anything. Very helpful hosts, high end furnishings and so well equipped, including freshly cooked food when we arrived. The views take your breath away. Didn’t want to leave.

If you are looking for a villa in the heart of (what I can only describe as) tourist hell then this is most definitely not the villa for you, however if like us you would like to stay somewhere to rest and unwind then this villa is perfect and we absolutely loved it.
From the moment we made the booking Stella was in contact with helpful advice which includes a very well thought out website with some excellent recommendations of places to visit and very good local restaurants (we went to all but one and couldn’t fault any of them). Babis was there to great us as we arrived and checked in on us just enough to be apricated without being intrusive, the villa it’s self is beautifully appointed, the cleaners came every 3 or 4 days and the views are stunning which go all the way from the mountains to the sea, a perfect base for exploring the area or just chilling out and relaxing.
Stella & Babis have really managed to get the balance just right between luxury hotel and home away from home & as mentioned by other reviews the attention to detail is perfect; we cannot recommend this villa enough and was by far one of the best villas (and hotels) we have stayed in

This is an amazing villa, that sits in a tranquil location with breath taking views! We loved a lot of attention to details inside. Clean and comfortable setup, a large pool outside and, of course, all of us had a great time in jacuzzi!
We spent absolutely fantastic time here and would 100% recommend it to everyone.

We booked Iro Royal villa in west Chania for our honeymoon and it was above and beyond our expectations; it was sparkling clean, well maintained with care and attention to detail and very comfortable. The hosts pampered us with all kinds of treats; we appreciated privacy and tranquility and had a great time at Kamisiana beach and at Falassarna beach (within easy drive).
The views from the villa are just breathtaking, more stunning than the photos! We didn’t want to leave!
