About this house rental
This townhome has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.
There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.

Clean and in walking distance. Front door ws missing blinds so everyone can see in from the street. Great communication with owner.

Everything was great the place was very clean and organized the only thing that may be to be remodeled is the stairs but other than that everything else is awesome I would recommend it definitely also do walk need to be prepared it’s a long tiring walk better to drive and park to walk downtown Helen. The food though a bit too expensive but it is very delicious. Bars and people great vibes and staff are also amazing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Great location, comfortable bed a few items needed to be addressed which would have made it a better stay. Lights on exterior stairs were out, no shower liner, fire place didn't work, hot tub water level too low for adequate jet use, no tv/cable account for cabin.
