In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, private pool, and golf and lagoon views. The home is about a 7-minute walk from the beach.
The main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TCL Roku TV with cable services. The updated kitchen features custom cabinetry, tile backsplash, large center island, and bar stool seating for six. The light-filled dining area offers a table with seating for 8. There is also a second living area, great for kids or teens to have their own space!
The primary suite features a king bed, access to the back deck, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and tub. Three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a king and 2 twin beds, all have private bathrooms. The TV in the bedroom over the garage has cable but is not a smartTV. You can bring your own streaming device to plug into the HDMI, if desired.
Step outside into the screened porch and enjoy an al fresco dinner at the table with 8 chairs or enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the loveseat or additional chairs. The pool deck offers an in-ground pool and lounge chairs perfect for relaxing in after a day at the beach. The home’s outdoor spaces overlook the 5th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course and the lagoon.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
The dimensions of the pool are approximately 10' x 20'. The pool cannot be heated and is covered from Fall until Spring.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

Great family vacation and 219 Kings Island was the perfect fit. We cooked most of our meals and the very large kitchen was great. The grandkids loved the pool during the hot afternoons. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property.

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well equipped with all our needs! There was plenty of room for the family to interact with everyone, especially the other sitting area to talk without a tv! We enjoyed having the bicycles immensely for some exercise and touring the island. The neighborhood was very quiet in order so get some restful sleep in the comfy beds!
Will definitely come back for another stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is immaculate and was very clean. The house had all necessities for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed many walks on the secluded trails to the beach, and got a kick out of seeing the alligator swimming in the pond. The area is very high end and safe. We will definitely be back!

The house we rented was a beautiful home with a swimming pool in a great location near the beach. However, the house was not well maintained. Given the heightened levels of cleanliness we expected due to Covid, the house did not even meet pre Covid standards. The coffee pot had remnants of coffee from the previous guests. The pool had mold around the edges. Furniture was stained. My family and I have been going to Kiawah for over 20 years and have never had this lack of attention to cleanliness. That being said, if the owners could make cleanliness a priority and replace or clean stained furniture, we would rent this house again.
