Beautifully renovated Vanderhorst Plantation home overlooking the 4th hole of the Turtle Point Golf Course by Jack Nicklaus.
This beautiful home is located just 500 yards from the beach, a 7 minute walk or short 2 minute bike ride to the ocean, directly down the famed "Allee of Oaks" which connects the original Vanderhorst estate to the beach.
This 8 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom luxury island vacation home offers nearly 4,500 sq ft of living space for large groups. A gourmet kitchen and open deck overlooks the golf course and your own private saltwater pool!
Enter to the open living area with flat screen TV and access to the deck and pool area. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed and offers plenty of counter space for entertaining and preparing large family meals. It opens to the living area and dining room with counter seating, Keurig & drip coffee makers and wet bar/wine chiller.
Down the hall to the left of the entry you will find 2 bedrooms with king beds. The first bedroom shares a full bath with the hall and offers access to the deck/pool area and includes its own wet bar with mini fridge. The master bedroom is just beyond with a king bed, flat screen TV and master bath with his & her sinks, Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. There is an additional first floor bedroom with 2 twin beds. The two beds can also be combined into a king.
The 2nd floor is split into two levels and offers a half bath, recreation room with wet bar, beverage fridge, two bunkbeds (full size on bottom/twin size on top), a sectional sofa with queen pullout sleeper, and two giant gaming TVs. A twin bedroom is also located on this level with a private bath and stand up shower. Take another half flight of stairs and you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with full private baths. Two bedrooms offer 2 queen beds per room with private baths and tub/shower combos. The other bedroom offers a king bed with tub/shower combo.

Great location next to bike paths, beach and golf course. The house was spacious enough for our group of 12 to stay and the kitchen was well equipped for the many meals we prepared.

We loved this house, plenty of room for 3 families! Great location and close bike ride to the beach. Saw a family of deer one morning in our yard. The kitchen was very family friendly and well stocked for food prep. We were bummed at the pool- it’s not a traditional size pool to swim in and very small. The kids loved playing on the golf course behind the house and swinging the golf clubs. Overall a great stay!
