Location is wonderful if you are looking for close to the UT Tennise Center, Softball etc. The house itself has some challenges though. It wasn't terribly clean, with several dead bugs in kitchen upon check in. Very sparse on plates, glasses etc. No coffee machine (french press). The Internet is dreadful, lost connection many times and extremely slow. The TV is unusable. yes lots of channels, but the TV speakers are totally blown. Water pressure is very poor. If you have thick hair you would need to stay in it for a good while. The AC unit is right above a bed which has a slight gradient slope to it. Sleep was poor. The blinds are basically see thru, especially in bathroom which is very awkward. Overall, I would not stay here again which is sad as we go to this area each year and the location was great.
