About this villa rental
Prime location: Luxury, private 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in Victoria golf course.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is also 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning.
Separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor of the villa there is the en-suite master bedroom with a closet and balcony with countryside view. It is equipped with air conditiong and the bathrom has a jacuzzi bath.
There is an hair dryer on each bathroom.
The lower level has TV room with cable tv, sofa and direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3: en-suite with shower, there are 2 double beds, air conditioning and direct access to the pool area.
Surrounding the villa is a swimming pool, 2 sun loungers, double sun lounger. Covered patio with a set of sofas, dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ.
Wifi is available.
Safety equipment: smoke alarms, extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.
Application of the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax):
Exemptions from the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax): Guests under the age of 16 (sixteen), excluding the birthday date. Guests who fall ill during their stay or are subject to a physical impediment, requiring inpatient medical care, as well as in cases of force nature, natural disasters, or other similar situations.
Tax Amount:
From 1st April to 31st October, the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person, per night.
From 1st November to 31st March, the base amount of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) is €1.00 per person, per night.
The tax applies for a maximum of 5 nights per person.
The payment of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) by the guest will be made at the check in.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Gustas. Very well equipped, comfortable villa. We really enjoyed the pool and outside space. Would recommend and hope to visit again.

We stayed 5 days in the villa which we enjoyed except for the flying ants in the ground floor bedroom where my husband and I slept. We had to sweep up the flying ants at least 4 or 5 times daily. It was such an inconvenience and unexpected given how much we paid for the accommodation. We used up 2 tins of bug spray which did not stop them. Maintenance says it's just one of those things for the time of year but it did affect the total enjoyment of our stay. It was a pity.
