The house MA VIE LÀ has a living area of 289 m 2, it is built on a plot of 2000m2.
This villa is located in a private residential area of Vale Carro, a short distance between Vilamoura and Albufeira. It is located at 2. 3 KLM from Falesia beach (2.3 klm).
The villa benefits from a country setting with shops and restaurants.
Entrance to the villa
The entrance gate leads to a private covered car park with multiple parking spaces.
The double entrance doors of the villa lead onto a central hall with window door which opens onto the pool and garden terrace.
To the left of the front door is a WC with hand basin.
The open and spacious living area has two living rooms with sofas, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The dining room is raised from the living room.
Patio doors open onto the pool and garden terrace. The living room has windows on one side overlooking the shaded outdoor playground, which houses the pool table, table tennis and boules court.
There is direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
kitchens
The main kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It also has access to the second summer kitchen outside the house.
Outside there is a barbecue area and bread oven as well as a small kitchenette with sink, large work surfaces, a fireplace, a table and chairs all located next to the game tables

This villa is composed of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
At the rear of the property, 3 bedrooms are each arranged with French windows giving direct access to the patio, the swimming pool and the garden..

it a beautifull property,the pool and the park is just great. we spend two weeks july 2024 and we enjoy many activity and beach near by.
the outside furniture need to be update. the kitchen is well equip, however the fridge is very small for the 6 adult and 5 childrens.
the children park around the big pine is just wonderful for the 3 to 7 years old. they spend most of their time on this park

The villa was generally excellent, although the fridge kept leaking.
What was really poor was the owners attitude to the fact that we were without hot water for 36 hours. The local lady did all she could to solve the problem with local tradesmen, which eventually worked, but when we asked the owners for some form of compensation, there was complete silence - not even an apology. I own rented properties, and clearly things will sometimes go wrong - that is a given - but it is the owner's attitude and how they deal with the problem that sets certain villas/owners apart, and the owners here let themselves down badly.
You'll have a great holiday here unless something goes wrong.
