Welcome to the SUNSET house with huge garden close to the CLEARWATER BEACH, and DUNEDIN! Fitness Center 3 min to walk.
Close to everything you need!
Clearwater best beaches 10 to 15 min. If you want something really special stay in this house!
Also you have own extra laundry room with washer and dryer. Huge and HEATED Pool, outside space, fire bit, grill place, jacuzzi tub !3 bedroom. 2 Kingzize bedroom, one full bedroom with bathroom.2,5 bathrooms.
We allow pets on request for a fee and deposit.
BACKYARD IS TOTALLY FENCED!
