This true studio condo joins our Sun,Sea and Sand vacation condo's family. This 5th floor unit is oceanfront with a cruise ship like view and a private balcony. You will enjoy comfortable seating on the queen sofa sleeper as well as the luxuriously comfortable sleeping on the comfortable queen bed. The studio kitchen is fully equipped with a full size frig, 2 burner cook top, glasses. dishes and pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster and cookware giving you all the comforts of home. . New carpeting adds comfort and freshness to this studio condo. Enjoy the morning sun on the oceanfront balcony.

First time coming to Daytona for a music festival and the owners have been great with communication and the condo was exactly what was needed for us.

This property was perfect for my husband and I, everything was as described and pictured in the post. We have stayed at this property in the past, and definitely prefer Jerry's unit over the others! The pool and beach access are unmatched!

We've enjoyed lots of beach travel over the years and this condo was probably the best bang for our buck we've found so far. While not luxurious, this rental is certainly a 5 star for it's value and amazing, up-close ocean view.
The Hawaiian Inn is an older property with hallways and elevators that are rough around the edges, but it has a LOT going for it - great location, wonderful pool area, and a nice nostalgic vibe.
This particular unit is comfortable, has everything you need, and is situated perfectly in the complex with a particularly beautiful direct ocean view. Another huge plus is that the owners provide a key to the back entrance of the hotel - so convenient!
The beach here is wide and wonderful - great waves to play in and listen to, hard-packed sand ideal for walking and biking, and a constant breeze that keeps things comfortable.
There's also a lot to do in the area. Our favorites were:
- biking the beach to explore the Boardwalk and Pier and to eat dinner ocean front
- seeing the massive Fairchild Oak at Bulow State Park
- climbing the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse at sunset (WOW!) and having dinner on the waterfront deck at Hidden Treasure restaurant
- canoeing and biking at Tomoka State Park
- biking the fabulous West Orange Trail
- visiting quaint Winter Garden, FL and having BBQ at Harry and Larry's (on the West Orange Trail)
- Spring hopping! Both Silver Glen Springs and Blue Springs State Park were both great
- The Ormond Scenic Loop and trail
- Barberville Roadside Yard Art and Produce
