About this house rental
This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. Inside the home you will find lots of light and views from every window. Enjoy the LED fireplace, stainless steel appliances and 60” TV. There is a king bedroom and ensuite bath downstairs and a queen bed in the upstairs loft. The loft upstairs provides the ultimate views and gives you the feeling of looking out from a treehouse. The loft is made private by closing sliding barn door panels.
Outside the house you will find a large, wraparound deck, bonfire area, sunken hot tub, mountainside tiki bar and a stationary single slip boat house with swim platform. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters.
The property is on a steep slope with wooden stairs leading down to the lake. There are several landings along the way to make the walk as enjoyable as possible, however, the walk is not advised for young children or the elderly. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for small families, a romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!
**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. Although there are stairs the entire way, they are steep and extreme caution should be taken to ensure safety.

Only 1500 characters. I'll kick off by saying communication with the hostess was quick & easy. I hope this place never stops being rented out because we plan on going back! We picked this place because it was secluded. That being said if you're going to stay here for the duration, you'll need to pick up your food and drink before you get there. That, in my opinion would be the best way to be relaxed out there. It has everything you need for your stay. Includes just about every kitchen supply you can think of, up to and including storage containers for leftover foods from the lunch or dinner before. Gas grill and even firewood if you choose to make a fire. The grounds itself is beautiful. There's nothing like waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee sitting on the deck listening to the plethora of birds that are out there. Even the occasional boat driving by on the river below was nice to listen to. Getting down to the dock needs to be taken slow and steady, getting back up can be tedious, but I looked at it as a good morning exercise. Lots of steps (194 to the main deck). The hot tub is nice, very relaxing! All in all you can't go wrong with this place. I'd like to say more about it, but there's some things I just can't think of right now, and I know I'm missing stuff. Bottom line is the house is gorgeous, the grounds are gorgeous and you can't go wrong staying at this house. You're on top of a hill, and there's no one around you. Seclusion at its finest!

Wow! What a gem of a property! Everything about this place has relaxation and views in mind. Communication was timely and pleasant, the cabin was well appointed with everything you may need for your time at the lake. Don’t sleep on this place! Well worth it!

Nice place to relax. Very accommodating for cooking outside (propane gril, open camp fireplace and propane fireplace). Very excluded place for peace and quiet. Juat want we were looking for. Only complaint is the cockroach we killed coming from the ceiling. Owner mesaaged before showing up and gave us an heads up housekeeper seen mouse dropping. And was informed they took Precautions and sprayed under the house and set traps. I informed the owner when we left we didn't see any mice just a cockroach. The response is thank you for understanding our situation setting traps must of worked.. Nothing about cockroach. Hoping and praying we didn't bring home one or more crawling creatures. I understand things like this can happens. I felt like they knew there was a problem with cockroaches. Didnt act surprise when i mentioned it. Gross.
