About this house rental
Finca Alegría is situated on an 11,000-square-meter property in La Rosa, a neighborhood of Mazo, just 350 meters above sea level, sheltered from the wind by a volcanic hill and offering stunning ocean views. The open spaces and unspoiled landscape invite you to unwind and relax. Yet the beach, town, and hiking trails are all nearby. The house is ideal for hikers who appreciate a vacation away from mass tourism.
We recommend the house for two people, but there is a double sofa bed available, so it can also accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
• A rental car is absolutely necessary.
Finca Alegría:
Completely renovated in 2018, this 70-square-meter house features a brand-new kitchen with a sea view, a living room with a sea view and a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into two singles, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room is cozy and furnished in a modern style. In winter, a fireplace ensures pleasant temperatures inside the house. The newly constructed Canarian roof truss has been painted white, giving the house a particularly bright and welcoming appearance.
A terrace situated in one corner of the house also offers wonderful views of the sea and the island of Tenerife; it faces south and is very sheltered. The sunrise view of Mount Teide is truly unique. On the terrace directly above the house, there is a swing and a sandbox for children.
Another house on the property is used exclusively by the owners and is rarely occupied.
The large lot is mostly terraced and accessed via paved paths. With its many seating areas, small garden tables and chairs, and hammocks, it invites you to relax and linger. A special feature is the approximately 150 m² palm terrace, laid out with natural stone slabs in a labyrinth-like pattern.
Depending on the season, oranges, papayas, mangoes, avocados, and bananas are available for you to enjoy.
