A beautiful villa with a saltwater pool, spacious landscaped terraces, and a sunbathing area. Just 10 minutes from the tourist area of Los Cancajos, known for its mild climate year-round. A little further away lies the capital of La Palma, with its cobblestone streets steeped in history, and about 20 minutes away is the Visitor Center for La Caldera de Taburiente National Park. Enjoy the “Isla Bonita” from this prime location on the island, close to everything and with access to all its top-quality amenities.
It features a living room with a fireplace, a reading room, and a library, as well as a spacious dining room with windows and ocean views. The kitchen, equipped with high-end cabinetry and appliances, opens onto the pool. On this floor, there is a full bathroom and a single bedroom with a television. On the second floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds and the master bedroom with a king-size bed. From this room, you can enjoy a beautiful balcony overlooking Breña Baja and the ocean, where you can watch breathtaking sunrises. This floor also features another bathroom with a rain shower. The outdoor terraces extend throughout the entire house, offering a wide variety of settings.
Next to the pool is the covered and fully equipped barbecue area. Adjacent to this is a terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing by the pool, as well as a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Another terrace leads to a beautiful area shaded by large avocado trees, perfect for resting and relaxing.
The house also features Wi-Fi and international TV channels.
