About this house rental
This cottage is a peaceful medieval farmhouse sitting in an unspoiled valley on the border between the provinces of Siena and Pisa. The thick stone walls give this house a lovely cool temperature in the summertime. The house features three bedrooms each with its own full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace. The garden features different eating and relaxing spots, a hammock, loft chairs, a little playground for children and a private swimming pool.

The house is made up of 3 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace. The third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor, with its own separated entrance. The garden features a covered patio with table and chairs, a nice swimming pool, a children playground, a hammock and parking place.

The garden develops over different levels and features different eating and relaxing spots under the secular trees, a hammock, garden chairs, a little wooden playground for children and the private pool.

Velia lives in the back portion of the building, she will be available if you need help.

We had a fabulous stay in this Italian house in Toscany.
Rooms are big, every room has his own bathroom. The swimming pool is clean and there are enough seats. There is a nice terrace for the ones who wants to stay in the shadow. The beds are great.
The nice little village has 2 good restaurants where we had great nights out and is only 5 minutes away by car. Sienna is only 1h15 away. A nice lake at only 30 minutes!
The only - point I can give is the kitchen which in our opinion hadn't enough of glasses (no wine glasses), and the oven which was broken, and the fridge which is maybe too tiny for 9 persons.
