Welcome to Once Upon a Tide. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your own back porch! This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath is located in Killegray on the dune ridge. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, which are located downstairs. The first bedroom is a queen master suite. The 2nd bedroom consists of a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The two bedrooms share a bath located in the hall. Upstairs is all about the view! The main living area, kitchen, dining and half bath are all located on the 2nd story. There is a balcony off of the living area that over looks the Atlantic Ocean. We also have a screen porch downstairs if you just want to get enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. The crofter outside has a separate master bedroom and bathroom with a queen bed.

Family getaway- accommodations for everyone! Good location.

We LOVED our stay. We had coffee every morning (drip coffee maker included) and a glass of wine every night overlooking the ocean. The weather for part of our stay wasn't perfect (a little chilly and cloudy/drizzling) but being able to stay dry and cozy while still watching the ocean and clouds roll by made even the not sunny days great. When the weather was nice, we sat outside. We brought our own tandem bicycle to bike around the island which was perfect and at night when we wanted to go out to eat used one of the golf carts included in the rental. Kitchen also had basic cooking/baking dishes which allowed us to stay in and make dinner which allowed us to save some money and also not revisit the same couple restaurants again (we went in February, the off season meant not all restaurants were open so our options were limited). Perfect stay for a restful getaway

Property was clean and lovely. Only complaint was carts not having protective covers from elements. Overall a very peaceful and perfect setting for a small family or couple
