The apartment offers a spacious terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, perfect for enjoying the surrounding landscape, relaxing in the sun or having breakfast outdoors. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of 150 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case of cash payment, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damages.
