Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Walked into dirty socks under bed another pair on the deck paper behind fire place in third floor bdrm second floor bedroom with queen bed door wouldn’t close hinges unscrewed I put in tooth picks n fixed it myself Second floor bunk bed rooms same problem. However the house is great and we would stay again

This property was exactly what we needed! Very roomy, beautiful kitchen area, and amazing outdoor space for an outside dinner. 2 minute walk from the boardwalk. Highly recommend!!

We had a nice stay in Seaside but there are some things to watch out for. I'll fairly mention all pros and cons.
Pros: Two Blocks from Beach and boardwalk is very convenient. Lots of food options within walking distance. Owner is very responsive and answered any and all questions. Check in is a breeze since I didn't have to go anywhere, just walk into house. Multiple refrigerators is very helpful. Deck off kitchen is very nice and a good hangout area. Doesn't have central air but a ton of split systems keeps the whole house very cool.
Cons: Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small. Sinks in bathrooms are smaller then any sink I've ever seen. water spashes on your clothes just from turning sink on. Shower on first floor is very weak. We could not use it and everyone showered in the top two floors. Cleaning company did not do a good job. Sinks and showers were not super clean. Hair in showers, toothpaste residue in sinks, floor and countertops somewhat clean but still had some crumbs. Do not pull out a bed from wall, under bed was pretty gross. Middle of one day, we had to let workers in the house to change out some furniture.
