About this apartment rental
Apartment is situated in an old part of the city center called “Zabjak”, close to the river Ljubljanica only 800 m away from main square in the historical center. It is a spacious duplex on the second floor of a renovated traditional low building without an elevator.
On the first floor of the apartment there is a living area with a dining corner with a table for six persons, a sofa which falls down to a bed (160 x 200 cm), two armchairs and a LCD TV. The living area is extended into a kitchen equipped with domestic appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with an oven, microwave and the dishes. In this floor there is also a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed, a bathroom with a toilet, shower and a washing machine. On the mansard on the upper floor there is a another bedroom with two single beds and a working corner. The apartment offers a free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, CATV, air-conditioning, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are also provided.
Only payable public parking slots on the street available.
Arrivals take place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures up to 10:00, unless agreed upon otherwise. For late arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 there is an additional cost of 25 EUR, for night arrival from 23:00 to 7:00 there is an additional cost of 50 EUR. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know about it in advance.
The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.
