This is a Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with vaulted ceilings located in a very quiet East Mesa community. Walking distance to Safeway grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Target, and many other stores. A short distance to lots of hiking and biking trails in and near the Superstition Mountains. 20 minutes to the Saguaro Lake. The home has everything you need - just show up with your suitcase of personal items. The kitchen is heavily stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware. Plenty of clean towels and bed sheets for everyone! There is a full size washer/dryer free of charge to minimize your suitcase size or do some washing before you head home.
The heated community pool and hot tub are just around the corner from this unit. Grab some pool towels that are provided and walk over.
This is a great property that does not disappoint! I own/manage several more units in this complex to accommodate smaller and larger groups.
